*CBP Officers at Eagle Pass Port of Entry Shut Down Human Smuggling Attempt; A 75-year-old Female U.S. Citizen Driver is Arrested

Release Date: 8/21/2023

LAREDO, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations officers this weekend apprehended a 75-year-old woman in connection with a failed human smuggling attempt.

This is one example of a "double-standard" that gets played-out in our country by our government officials; whereby, departments of the government publish materials to lead the American people to believe that our borders are secure, and then uses a 75 year old woman, an American citizen, as an example to others who may consider doing the same thing by arresting her for human smuggling.

So, think about this. The CBP arrested a 75 year old American citizen who had two illegal migrants in her vehicle when crossing the Southern border, when in fact thousands, and thousands are walking across the Southern border every day and released into our country.

The moral of this story is that if you are a migrant from another country, you can just walk across our borders on your own two feet, and be released into the USA. But if you are an American citizen, and happen to give a ride to a couple of undocumented migrants in your vehicle, and then cross the border, YOU WILL BE ARRESTED.

Please know that I am 100% in favor of a secure border and for legal immigaration. I believe in doing it by the book. Filing all the forms, pay the fees, and following the proceedures. I know how it is to do it right; follow all the rules, and not lie on the applications. And because I am a man of integrity, and who believes in doing it right, I have suffered over the past 4 years waiting for my wife, and our son's mother to be granted a visa, or Humanitarian Parole to be allowed entry into the USA so our famly can once again be together. Our son Mikey needs his mother.

Humanitarian Parole, and Asylum have been so freely gifted to so many illegal migrants from other counries without inspection or processing. But my wife is denied. Why?!

CBP - What is Up With the CBP apps, CBP One, CBP-MPC, and myCBP?

Does this make illegal immigration easier for Afgans, Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, Venezuelans, or any illegal migrant who wants to cross our borders?

The CBP One app has now digitized illegal migration, and the app has already been hacked by the Mexican cartels allowing catrtels to be able to book unlimited appointments to the USA from all over the world.

Biden's key immigration policy faces trial this week

Reported By Lawrence Richard - Fox News - August 21, 2023

A key part of President Biden's immigration policy, the humanitarian parole program, which allows up to 30,000 people from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to enter the U.S. monthly, will face trial to determine its legality later this week.

The Republican lawsuit will be heard by Judge Drew Tipton, a Trump appointee, in Victoria, Texas

I don't understand any of this. Why are migrants from these selected countries getting special favors and granted Humanitarian Parole, and allowed to walk free in the USA to look for sponsors, when my wife, a loving and caring wife and mother with a biological son here in the USA has been denied Humanitarian Parole multiple times? Uncontionable.

USCIS - Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans

ALERT: Updated Review Process for the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. The U.S. government may grant advance travel authorization to up to 30,000 noncitizens each month to seek parole on a case-by-case basis under the processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans. Due to high interest in these processes, we are updating the review process effective May 17, 2023. Under the new review process, we will randomly select about half of the monthly total of Forms I-134A, Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support, regardless of filing date, from the entire pending workload to review. We will review the other half of the monthly total of Forms I-134A based on when the case was submitted under the first-in, first-out method, which prioritizes the oldest Forms I-134A for review. This is intended to maintain a meaningful and equitable opportunity for all beneficiaries of a Form I-134A to move forward through the process and seek advance travel authorization.

Let me tell you, this makes me angry when my family and I have painstakenly fought this Bureaucracy for over 3.5 years, and we are treated like we don't exsist or matter to anyone. We have told the truth on the many petitions we have filed throughout this process.

In my opinion, we may have had a better chance for an immigration visa for my wife Yimei if had lied on all the petitions. I was told by a source, who requested to remain anonymous, that with the flood of illegals crossing the border, that there was little chance that backgrounds would have even been checked.

But we are honest people. We know that God hates liars.
